My name is Cong Vo. I was born and grew up Catholic in a rural society in a small part of the Mekong Delta which is the biggest delta in the southwestern of Vietnam. My childhood was full of great memories of being a farm boy: working in the white rice filed, going fishing, flying a kite… I love nature! One day I heard the call of God through my venerable pastor when he asked me “Cong, would you like to become a Catholic priest?” I did not give him the definite answer then. I just said: “Father, I will think about it!” Indeed, I was thinking, discerning, and praying about the question during my high school.
